This woman is totally crazy. As an unlicensed babysitter, she expects to get paid holidays, paid vacation, and paid for any vacation time that you take. Her age of 25 really comes out when you try to reason with her and talk about how ridiculous it is for her to expect all of this paid time for a babysitter. She left my 11 month old son outside in the cold with no jacket on in a high chair while she was inside cleaning her house. She allows my 4 year old to do anything he wants and does not enforce any rules with him. She allows the children to play guns with her older child. She has her 12 year old step daughter doing the only teaching with my 4 year old and does not challenge him in any way. She is still teaching him the alphabet he has known since he was 2 instead of anything new. Even though her hours of operation state from 6:00 am – 6:30 pm, this pregnant mother of an 18 month old has been sleeping when we have gotten there in the mornings at 9 to drop off our children and is calling for us to get our kids at 6.
