This is the absolute worst party rental company I have ever dealt with! I am a party planner and have alot of experience with many different companies...trust me when I tell u to stay away from this one. They are completely uncooperative and unreliable..I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Response from the Business Owner :
This client rented some merchandise, among which they received 4 BRAND NEW CHAIRS. On returning them they returned a chair that was not ours. Their party planning skills are not up to the standards they should be. When using multiple party rentals, it is party planner's responsibility to return the appropriate merchandise to the appropriate party rental company. I reccommend to not use this persons party planning business. This person cannot keep an inventory of four chairs organized. Upon receiving this chair that was not ours, the client was given the choice of returning the appropriate chair or pay for the one wrongly turned into us and keep the chair. We have standards in our company and do not rent out poor quality equipment. Again, this review is nonsense and should be used into account when using this persons party planner business. If they cannot keep track of 4 chairs, what will they do when your event is their hands!
